Product Liability

Product Liability is when a person is injured due to some product in the stream of commerce. It can involve products as varied as parts of automobiles, household equipment (i.e., ladders and lawnmowers) and even medical devices and prescription medication. When people are injured because products are negligently designed or manufactured, plaintiffs may seek fair and reasonable compensation.
